Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site walkthrough. The written price provided after that walkthrough is final and will not change once work begins, absent a scope change requested by the customer.

We do not publish fixed prices online, since actual cost depends on square footage, condition, and the specific service requested.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee on every job. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within a reasonable time so we can address the concern.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to protect your home and belongings during service, Clarksville TN Carpet Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, as results depend on stain age, carpet material, and prior treatment history. We will advise honestly during the walkthrough on what outcome is realistic.
